La Formation Commerciale couvre la gestion du portefeuille clients, la gestion de la relation avec le client, l’amélioration de l’offre commerciale, l’évaluation des clients ainsi que la mise en place de plans d’actions pour atteindre les objectifs fixés au tableau de bord commercial.

La Formation Technique est destinée aux applications ciment. Elle est organisée en quatre modules y compris des tests de connaissances tout au long de l’apprentissage.

Commercial and technical training

The Commercial Training covers the management of the client portfolio, the management of the relationship with the client, the improvement of the commercial offer, the evaluation of clients as well as the implementation of action plans to achieve the objectives set in commercial dashboard.

Technical Training is intended for cement applications. It is organized into four modules including knowledge tests throughout the learning process.
